The particular culture Wesch and his students are now studying is YouTube. In the video below (which is itself full of videos) of a talk he gave to the Library of Congress last June, Wesch presented some of their findings.</p>
<p><a href="http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/people/dweinberger" target="_blank">David Weinberger</a> on his Joho the blog last week (where I learned about the video) describes Wesch&#8217;s presentation:</p>
