<p>Waters is on the <a href="http://www.slowfoodusa.org/index.php/contact_us/details/slow_food_usa_advisory_board/" target="_blank">advisory board</a> for Slow Food USA, which is part of Slow Food International (see post <a href="http://foreignremarks.com/passingcomments/archives/54" target="_blank">here</a>) founded in Italy by Carlo Petrini.</p>
